Waclaw Golowicz
Wacław Gołowicz, (1919-1983) - librarian, social activist, organizer of librarianship in Warmia and Mazury, long-term director of the Public Library in Mrągowo. He collected and archived materials and publications about Mrągowo, published about forty articles in various magazines (professional, local, national), recorded the library's activity and the city's social life as a photographer, he was also an amateur artist. The collection named after Gołowicz contains over twenty graphics of his authorship.
